Creative Planning for 

  • Maintain the quality of creative ideas of C Channel Video Clips communicating with production and other teams.

  • Build the C CHANNEL brand concepts of the new online and offline initiatives (e.g. workshops, events, audition, EC, retail shops etc.) in cooperation with related teams.

  • Train and promote C CHANNEL Clippers and new YouTubers in various online/offline platforms working with other teams.

  • Increase the presence and recognition of C CHANNEL media with creative ideas, such as launching new media, new concept creatives, video series etc.

  • Work closely with sales teams to pitch for new accounts and to continuously provide creative input for the maintenance of existing accounts.

  • Train, mentor and supervise the team members to maintain the quality and quantity of C CHANNEL creatives.
